Jenny works on co-ordination, development and administration of the scheme, working on a day-to-day basis with the artists, support artists and visiting artists.
Jenny is an artist in her own right and has created most of the illustrations on this website.

Penny has worked on BADS since August 2021. She works on the co-ordination, development and administration of the scheme, working on a day-to-day basis with the artists, support artists and visiting artists.
Penny has worked as a freelancer for Pyramid since 2009.

James has overall responsibility for BEYOND and the Beyond Artist Development Scheme. He is Jenny and Penny’s manager and assists with strategic decisions. He is also a vital presence when installing exhibitions.

Alice supports BADS by giving Penny and Jenny time, advice and extensive knowhow with many practical and everyday tasks. She also drafts all the contracts and manages social media.

Sarah provides the groundwork and knowledge for all legal, health and safety, financial and contractual issues, as well as providing a comprehensive proof-reading service.
